Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any product you purchased from Apache Farms for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, notify us by email at refunds@apachefarms.net. In your email, explain why you are dissatisfied and provide us with a copy of your purchase receipt, or provide us with an invoice number, or order number. We will review your case, and if your refund request is approved, a refund (less shipping fees which are non-refundable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of such approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the 14 days after notification of refund approval from us, check your bank account. Also, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@apachefarms.net.

Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to accept product returns, unless we specifically request you to return a product purchased from Apache Farms. If we do request you to return a product, at that time, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Because we sell food items, we can’t offer exchanges. If you are dissatisfied, please follow the instructions for requesting a refund.
